1 cup chopped iceberg lettuce

¼ cup scallions chopped
3 tbsp walnuts chopped
3 tbsp yoghurt
1/2 tsp sugar or equivalent sweet and lo
1 tsp cardamom powder
Mix all the three
Arrange the salad by spreading the lettuce on the plate. Top it with the sliced apple and the cubes in the center. Sprinkle the chopped scallion and walnuts and serve with the dressing
